Casablanca Market Preserved Lemons are made with Beldi Lemons, an indigenous lemon grown in Taroudant, Southern Morocco. They are mildly sweet and fragrant.
These preserved lemons will add flavor to everything from tagines, stews, braises, sauces to vegetables, salads, pastas, sandwiches, meats, poultry , seafood and cocktails, including Bloody Marys, and dirty martinis.. Scrape out the pulp and rinse to remove the excess salt. Save the pulp and use it in seafood, soups, and salad dressings
Ingredients: Beldi lemons, water and salt.
Refrigerate after opening.
