818 Market’s freshly roasted coffee is always organic, always Fair Trade, and is sourced from smaller family-owned farms.
Light Roast: This light bodied and smooth roast has notes of baker’s chocolate and toasted nuts. Our only pure country roast, these Peruvian beans are grown 1000-2000 meters above sea level in Pangoa – Junin, 150 miles East of Lima in the Central Amazon Region. The family farms that provide these beans average just 12 acres per farm.
Medium Roast: This smooth and rich blend of beans is nutty, with a faint smell of toast to complement tasting notes of cocoa and dried plum.
Dark Roast: This strong and bold blend of beans is perfect if you like your coffee strong and dark – or at least want it that way before you add a little cream. Notes of baking chocolate, nougat, and brown sugar will fill your home with the smells of South American cafes.
Sold in 12oz bags.
